Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Flasta Cut, a product of Mjindani Con. and Interiors ("Flasta Cut," "we," "us," or "our"), including the website and the cutting-list generation tool available at this domain (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Flasta Cut helps kitchen fitters, joiners, and cabinet shops generate cabinet cutting lists, sheet-nesting layouts, edge-banding totals, and hardware/accessory estimates from dimensions you enter. The Service is offered worldwide, subject to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. If you sign up with email and password, you can reset a forgotten password at any time using the email-based reset link on the sign-in page — it's a one-time link that expires after an hour for security.

3. Payments & Refunds

Certain features (export, sheet nesting, and related outputs for a given project) require payment: a Day Pass, or a Plus, Pro, or Pro Annual all-access pass. Some accounts may still hold a free trial access period granted before that offer was discontinued; if so, it remains valid until it expires as originally granted. These are not auto-billing subscriptions — each is a single payment that unlocks every project for a fixed period (1, 30, or 365 days). Access simply expires at the end of that period; nothing is charged automatically, and you choose whether to pay again to keep going. Payments are processed by Paystack; we never see or store your card details. All payments are final — we don't offer refunds, including for unused time remaining on a pass or projects you decide not to use after unlocking them. If a payment fails to unlock the correct project or pass due to an error on our part, contact us and we'll make it right.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying cutting-list or nesting algorithms;
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to others as your own product;
• Use the Service to send abusive requests, probe for vulnerabilities, or disrupt it for other users;
• Create multiple accounts to obtain more than one free trial or otherwise abuse promotional offers;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The Flasta Cut name, logo, site design, and the calculations and algorithms behind the cutting lists and sheet layouts are our property or licensed to us, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to them beyond what's needed to use the Service for its intended purpose. Cutting lists and other output you generate from your own project data are yours to use.

6. Accuracy & Limitation of Liability

The Service is a calculation aid, not a substitute for on-site verification. Cutting lists, sheet layouts, and accessory/hardware quantities are generated from the dimensions and settings you provide, and may not account for every real-world variable in your specific job. You are responsible for independently verifying every measurement, quantity, and hardware item before cutting material or placing an order.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability. Flasta Cut is not liable for any material, labor, hardware, or other loss or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of, or reliance on, output from the Service that was not independently verified. Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts sitting in Nairobi, Kenya, regardless of where you access the Service from.
